[Spridgets] Brake shoes, LBC content

The shoes are not. They change when the early single piston sliding 
cylinders as on Bugeyes went to the later 2 piston cylinders. The 
size is the same, and the drum is the same, but the brake lever and 
hold down holes change, as well as the bit at the cylinder end.
