[Spridgets] [midgetsprite] Midget 50th and beyond....

What we need is an application form.  Then anyone wanting to submit a
venue could answer the same questions and a comparison can be done and
a decision can be made.  Top line on the form needs to be the name of
the area coordinator that is volunteering to do the footwork.
