Man!  You guys are gluttons for punishment!!  What a bunch of masochists!
I've had British bikes and re-built them. Take everything you dislike about
LBCs (lousy electrics, oil leaks...etc) and increase it by about 2 orders of
magnitude.

If you want an old bike, get an old BMW. Restore it once and you are done.
They are bullet proof.
