Forgot to add my one BITCH.  You think there are monopolies..well you ought
to try and fight the light company in a disagreement.  My typical light bill
has been around $300 and I got a light bill for 0ne month (Nov) which was
$800.00!!  Told the light company there was no way and they said PAY and
then if we find something wrong with the meter when we send it off to be
tested we will adjust your bills...Yea right!!!!  Talk about CROOKS!!
