[Spridgets] SUV's

Exactly! You probably bought 4x4s back when they were called, uh, 4x4s.
Most ranchers/farmers I know bemoan the loss of hose out interiors. (You
just can't get the smell of pig sh!t out of carpet.)

When I see one small person in an Excursion at the Starbucks drive through,
I'm reminded of the time I briefly considered trading my Corsica daily
driver for a 15 foot Isuzu box truck. In defense of my hypocrisy, It would
have made a fantastic cross country photo studio. Thank God I met Kelly and
bought a Miata instead! You think people ask you to help them move when you
drive a pick up, just think what a hydraulic lift gate does to that
equation.

I dunno... To us folks here in fly-over, 4x4 comes in pretty handy year
round for getting chow out to the cattle, pulling fence, pulling calves,
moving hay bales, hauling dirt or gravel....etc. The idea of using one for
"recreation" is a little foreign to us. We tend to look at them as work
horses rather than play toys.

Cheers!!
