The best way to Pay is to use your VISA card.

If you remove the bank account and deplete the PayPal balance it lets you pay with your card.

Since VISA has a zero liability policy they will provide you with a way to get money back for deals gone bad where as Ebay cannot and will not protect buyers, only sellers.
