I've also used both monoprice and eforcity, neither one has ever let me down
and I've gotten excellent products at a reasonable price.
I had a 12 ft cable from Monster and a 12 ft cable from Monoprice. The
Monoprice cable was thicker, but they both worked the same.
I sold the Monster cable on ebay.
IIRC the Monster was something north of $100 while the Monoprice cable was
around $25.
