[Spridgets] sebring race sprite on e-bay

Speaking of factory mods on Sprites.  Could someone explain in more detail
from the pohtos on how one could construct an extended mileage  fuel tank like
the one that is shown.  The seller states tht a fuel cell is installed in the
lower tank.  Why are there not two fuel cells? How are the two tanks joined
together where the one fuel neck serves both tnks?  Anyone seen photos or
other information on this tank system?
