My fast road engine cost a lot more than the equivalent of US$5.5K in the  
UK.  There are engine and then there are ENGINES.  You have to look at  the 
detail of the spec and not the price included carbs etc.  Also when did  you 
see a Spridget racer with stainless stud studs from ARP, etc, etc.
