Seriously there is an unofficial record for a lap of the M25.  There  are 
also problems with car numbers being cloned that subsequently get parking  
tickets etc.
 
Of course the real reason my car doesn't cruise at 90mph all day is because 
 I have to stop for petrol every now and again - probably at that speed 
maybe  220+ miles.
