[Spridgets] Bugsy losing power and dying on me - possibly fixed

I took Frank's suggestion and checked the gas cap. It did not appear to be
totally tightened. Perhaps when only on part way vent seal cannot work. Unsure
on that one. Cleaned out all of hte tiny holes on the cap and they appear
clean.
 
Pulled tops off of the carbs and float bowls were clean and full. Regapped
plugs as they were out to probably .040. Point I left alone as they were
changed < 1,000 miles ago. Started Bugsy up took him for a drive and all was
fine. I'll just have to see if problem comes back. I will check and redo all
connections to fuel pump if this acts up again.
