[Spridgets] Radiator dent removal

Hi Dean,

Take it to a radiator shop to have the top removed for you.  Then take out
the dent and smooth it up.  Return it to the rad shop for reassembly and
painting.

They can also inspect the core for proper cleaning or rodding while the top
tank is off.  2 fixes at one time!!  Hooray!
