Some have screws on top, if you do not see any screws where the arm 
meets the wheel box, they just pull off.
Watch your chin and give them a good wiggle (hold one from moving while 
wiggling the other.
Sometimes you have to pry them off, use a block of wood with a towel 
around it as a backer before prying under the arm.
You will dent the body, ask me how I know ;)
