Do you mean the BMW lightning bolt on the horn push?
Only the Bugeyes had that and  I think it was a remnant of the big 
Healeys "flash" but I am not positive on that.
Maybe Donald had a bunch of BMW horn pushes he had to use up ;)
My buddy was into old Bmws and they had an almost identical horn flash.
