They are not very difficult. Two bolts are real easy and the other two just
take some patience. A 1/4 drive ratchet works great after you break the
bolts loose. There are shims on each side to watch for. Check the location
of each and number of shims BEFORE you pull the windshield off the car. Tape
the shims in place before you try to install the new windshield. You will
need 2 people to help for the best (read easiest) install. Have one on each
end wiggling it as you start the bolts on each side. Check the fit with the
top as you tighten the bolts! Sometimes you need to adjust the angle of the
wind shield to get it back to where it was. Since you have a take off top it
should not be much of a concern but on a fold down top it can make a
difference. You should also replace the gasket that seals the cowl to the
windshield or, if the new one is still in decent shape (very pliable), use a
silicone RTV sealer between it and the cowl. Just plopping a different
windshield onto your car will probably cause it to leak without some goo in
between. Change the post gaskets too or goop them as well.
