I respectfully disagree, however. I generally include the poster and the 
List in my replies for the simple reason that the List is frequently a bit 
lackadaisical about posting replies, so the direct can arrive MUCH sooner 
than the reply on List. Sometimes it is nice to get a response to a question 
in a timely manner. I am sure we have all seen situations where we receive 
someone's reply to a post a day before we see the original question, right?
