Hello Len,

     if you want more specific help you have to tell us what program
     you are using for your email? the steps involved will be
     different for any and all individual programs.

     the bottom line is that you should/could be using the CC: line or
     the BCC: line and, as others have said, paste
     spridget at autox.team.net into that line. If you do it this way,
     you will send a note BOTH to directly to the recipient, AND to
     "the list". ..

     if you use reply all, it sends it out to everyone listed in the
     from lines of your communication; not always what you  want.
