Just flip it up on the rocker, 2 people can do it.
No mattress is needed, I do it all the time, use a rope to hold it there 
or a suitable prop board.
Do watch the door handle on those roll up window cars but it should 
still be clear of the floor.
The car sits on the rocker panel.
