[Spridgets] 4th gear locked out

Len,
Did you have a look at the pilot bushing during the rebuild to see that 
it's not excessively worn? I am thinking there may be an alignment 
problem, and I might freshen the pilot bushing, and remove and reinstall 
the clutch.
