As a caveat, my 2853 is over a 10-year period and I'm not a business. Just
trying to get rid of the junk we tend to accumulate.  
The % rating is just for the last 12-months and it only takes one flamer to
give you a black eye. Now I'm not using eBay. (gotta though) ...bill in

Vigil, I have bought items from him a couple times.  Everything about the 
transaction was good with the exception of the two things you mentioned.  He

is terrible about answering emails and he is a slooow shipper.  Other than 
that, you get what you paid for -- just don't buy something you need soon.

As for his explanation, he probably deserves to be railed at a bit for his 
very poor customer service.  Despite what he says about not being a 
business, when you sell on eBay you ARE a business and should treat it as 
such.  After 3400+ sales that goes triple.
