I must respectfully disagree. :(
My personal experience with no front bar, then 9/16 and finally 3/4 bar with same tires backs up Guy's post on the matter.
Perhaps it would be better to say the addition of a front bar or "stronger" front
bar induces understeer!! :)

The front bar doesn't reduce oversteer. It reduces front wheel camber
change caused by front roll. The rear oversteer is still their.
