Does anyone a member of, or know someone on a forum for cars made in the
teens or early 20's of last century?
I am in the midst of having a Handphone restored. I got all the bits apart,
glass bead blasted, and working. The proper bits are in having the rust
pitting filled, and getting painted. I will then have the brass plate
restored by a detailed modeler (there is one the next town over).
If this horn turns out as well as I hope, I plan to list it on eBay, but
want to know if the early car community would even have an interest in
something of this nature.
A Handphone is an early push button style "oogah" horn. It was
patented in
Canada March 21'st 1911. I have never seen one before, and a web search has
not turned up any others of this brand so far. With restored electric horns
bringing around $200 - $300, I would be interested to see what this earlier
model may bring.

Thank you for any help you can offer up,

Brad
