[Spridgets] gas vs electric garage heater?

Ron,
Sweet garage, are those b & w tiles glued onto concrete or onto plywood? My
garage is concrete block walls and concrete floors which gets damp when it
rains hard. I like your tiles if I seal the concrete will those tiles stick?
