The headlights part is still bugging me. I am betting it was your wife who 
discovered that, right?
Anyhow, I have no idea whether Acuras are prone to this, but many US cars 
have issues with the connections at the back of the fusebox where the wiring 
loom attaches. Might be worth disconnecting the battery, then separating the 
box from the loom and re-seating it, possibly some dielectric grease.
