[Spridgets] Horn Troubleshooting

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to make my car street legal for the first time, which means having
a working horn.  If you could get me straight on some basics, I'd appreciate
it.

I know that purple is always hot.  So it looks like purple and black are also
hot, and the horn push grounds it out and causes the horn to sound?  So far
I'm not getting anything at the horn push.  I tested the horn with a hot wire
from the battery, and it works fine.
