Wow.  That's the first time I've ever heard of a NAPA store doing more
than a very small amount of paint business.  That's just unheard of,
where I live (as well as other regions I've lived in).  Live & learn, I
guess.

Our local NAPA store has one--they do a big business in Auto paint.
Wouldn't suggest not trying.   8^)
