[Spridgets] Two perfect cylinders?

Sounds like spark plug wires to 1 and 2 are reversed and fiddling with the 
carbs is just leaning out the firing cylinders to confuse the issue. 
Remember the firing order is 1,3,4,2 and the Dizzy goes counter clockwise. 
So maybe 1 and 2 are firing but not at the right times?  Easy enough to 
check anyway.
