In Brazil, the speed limit on the highway between
Campina and Gaviao Peixoto is 110 KPH. With about 1/8
mile (.25  km or so) warning it turns to 80 KPH with a
camera to politely take your picture and mail you a
ticket. THAT'S bullsh!t.
