I see nothing wrong with his claims. As Robert says, "up to 35%" covers 0% 
quite nicely. Likewise, "THE SAME FUEL SAVING PERFORMANCE RESULTS AND 
QUALITY AS THE HIGH PRICED TORNADO KIT AS SEEN ON TV

QUALITY!!!" I agree with him 100%, there is NO need to buy the Tornado and 
this thing will do you just as much good. "Guaranteed to outlast your car" 
How can you argue with that? What would wear out? What a shyster!
