[Spridgets] OT: MP3 player Question

It was claiming 1.92 GB free, once I formated it. But once I get around 1/3
full, it won't allow me to create any more files on the drive. It has a USB
cable that has an 1/8" plug on the end that goes into the drive. I am just
using drag and drop to load it up.
I was having the computer scan the thing, and see if it had any errors that
needed correcting, and to see if it could recover any bad sectors. It was
taking quite a bit of time, so I left it to it's own devices, and headed
home.
I can answer more questions tomorrow.
Thank you to all that are offering advice, on, and off list.
