I go to: http://www.google.com

In the search box, I enter my search string, include the site: qualifier.

site:craigslist.org Bugeye Sprite -pts

The string -pts means "ignore pts", which is Craigslist parts section.

You can enclose phrases in quotes: "Bugeye Sprite".

And give a range of numbers:

site:craigslist.org Healey Sprite 1958...1960
