That happened about ten years ago. I think there were only 68 subscribers in
the entire US, and they lost the shipment in transit. I emailed the magazine
and they sent me a copy for free.  I don't think it'll work if all ask for
free replacements, but they do usually have extras. Maybe if we asked nicely
we could get them to send a box over. How many subscribers do we have on the
message board?
