I'm in Dodge City one day too late to see Jim, but lunch at the Applebys 
and free wifi at the Dodge City Library will pass the heat of the 
afternoon and I'll continue on at least to Wichita.  I finally put the 
top up this morning and will leave it up for the rest of the miles.  The 
sun beating down on me for the last three days has been brutal.
But the car is still running great and getting great mileage to boot.
