[Spridgets] Spridget blowing oil when jacked up...???

If you have a 1275 type timing cover with the vent spigot going to 
the intake manifold, I wouldn't worry.

If you have the plain unvented timing cover I'd have to give it more 
thought, ....   Maybe examine rockerarm bushings, etc.
