[Spridgets] need help on color for front valence assembly

When I asked this about the 67, I had a couple of conflicting answers 
but the majority said those splash panels were body color.
Right or wrong, they look good in color but black would have been easier.
Try to paint those things hanging on a wire as the spray gun pressure 
blows them in a circle.
