[Spridgets] OT Rant: Audi and Volvos and fog lights

Why do they release these cars in the US with rear fog lights?  

Rush hour on the expressway is NOT considered a convoy.  In fact, if I can see you and a couple of miles of tail lights in front of you, you do not need fogs on anyway...
