Here's a riddle for Frank:
What happens when you try to cut an American brand padlock (made in USA)
with a 24" Horrible Freight Chinese dung forged bolt cutter?
You guessed it - one of the jaws of the bolt cutter broke clean off!

I had to resort to a hacksaw to free my snowblower.
