Hello Spridgets,
Just go thru reading a news article. Seems that the
I-beams being used in some of the high rises in Shanghai China were FIVE times
lighter than the legal (Chinese) standard, meaning that they were
lighter than the iron from which they were supposedly made. ! ?
This means that it isn't even steel at all. .. Here's the link
