[Spridgets] For Frank..again

If you ask nicely, comcast has a page to request an IP get unblocked.  
But it needs to be a specific, numeric, IP, not just wi.net. I had to  
try three times for them to get my phillymgclub.com address unblocked.  
But they finally did it.
