10/32 machine screws in captive nuts under the cowl. stainless oval 
heads work and look nice, I have some here if you want to wait til next 
weekend when I see you.

It's do-able but if the bronze bushing pulls out of the spring tab in 
the back of the motor, it's just about impossible to get the bushing 
back in the spring clip.
Again, if you totally mess it up, bring it with you, or if you kill it, 
I have spares.
