[Spridgets] Speed vs RPM question...

I don't know the source of my speedometer but the tach is working...
I'm running the 4.2 rear end, ribcage box and 13" 175/80 tires on wire 
wheels....
What RPM should I see at 35, 55 and 70 mph.
I'd like to avoid any concversatios with the boys in blue when I try a test run 
on the towns' roads later this month..
