Yes, that's the factory paint scheme for the 1500.  1500's also had a
black area on the front fenders below the bumper. Facelift 1275's
('70-'74) had the black sills, but not the black behind the rear wheels,
or up front.

Is that black paint behind the rear wheel well the way that it is
supposed 
to be? I've seen an awful lot of cars like that recently, but I thought 
that it should be body colour.
