I have a new throw out bearing in my hand. Moss from India it is 1/2 inch
from center of peg to face of carbon and it looks in my mind anyway like an
orginal. The one in my car at present, and I do not know size from peg to
face but it is 1/4 inch thiner from back of casting to face. It came with a
Quinton- Hazel clutch set. The other parts were the correct measurements.

As some of you know I have problems with shifting at high RPM, the pedal
goes to the floor. In addition I am not convenced that the clutch if fully
releasing at any time.

Line is clean and bleed, new master and slave. Have tried longer slave rod,
no joy, have adjusted master rod, no joy.

Need to pull the engine and try this new bearing that is correct but an a
bit under the weather with a bad leg and will wait till weather cools off to
test. Will be a month or so.

Don't know what else to say but something is wrong with the Q-H throwout
bearing in my mind. Time will tell but be careful and make durn sure your
parts are correct.
