[Spridgets] Checking timing was: pinking problem

What everybody sort of forgets when timing a 30-50 year old Spridget is 
that those harmonic balancers with the rubber in them tend to walk over 
time. So the original mark is where it was back in 1967 but the rubber 
is not what it used to be and will give a false reading.
So I just do it by the seat of my pants anyway.
