[Spridgets] pinking problem

I can't hook it up, as the diaphram is vibrating rapidly - don't want to 
destroy a newly rebuilt vac unit.... Oh, and to answer the earlier 
question, the vac line is hooked to the manifold. Am I to understand 
this is incorrect?
