Has any body tried one of the new high torque starters with a Rivergate 5 speed kit? I have a worn ring gear and might try a modern starter that engages from the front to buy me some time. Do I recall that there is a clearance problem ? Thanks, Mark Nashville http://www.arrestmered.com
