[Spridgets] Rear spring hanger

I took the rear end out today, and on one side, the captive bolt holding the front of the spring hanger was rusted/torn out.  Many of the bolts sheared off.  Also, the back of the floor panel is rusted out all across the joint between the rear wheel arch and the rear bulkhead.  I need pictures of these repairs.  The catalogue shows spring hanger patches and rear panel repair patches, but it is not clear if that is what I need.  Any suggestions?
