A recent survey of 109 professional historians in U.S. News and World Report 
said that 98% of them thought that the Bush II presidency was a failure and 
61%, or nearly 2 out of 3, said that he was the worst president in the 
history of the country.  Geez, why in the world would anybody want to change 
that???
