[Spridgets] Sprite and more auction

More good timing.

My friend, John the B*****d, who up until recently lived in Seneca Falls but 
no longer does, has a friend by the name of Al.

Al lives just outside of SFalls and his property is "just down the road from 
where the auction will be held". Al apparently knows almost all there is to 
know about the lay of the land, the items up for auction, etc., etc., and 
might have the potential to store a few things.

Al is currently on a prolonged vacation in Nova Scotia.
