Hi Robert,

A 165 SR 13 would have a nominal aspect ratio of 82 to 85.  Likely what he
can get is just about the same as you now have on the car.

Try one tire on the rubbing wheel and take it for a spin.  See if about the
same as the old one or lots worse,  and make a judgement from that.
